I believe one of the shortcomings among Christians today is that we are often quick to tell each other what we can’t do, rather than what we can. So, I’d like to share with you 12 things you can tell a Christian they can do, as you look in the mirror at yourself.

• Do what you’ve never done, to reveal to the world that there is a Son.
• Love like you’ve never loved, for you were first loved by the Father above.
• Forgive like you’ve never forgave, Christ died for you, and you have been saved.
• Claim what you’ve never claimed: that your sins are forgiven, and there is no shame.
• Praise like you’ve never praised, for this purpose you were made.
• Serve like you’ve never served, be the example that Christ first gave.
• Run like you’ve never run, for at the end awaits the Son.
• Believe like you’ve never believed, for this world you will leave.
• Give like you’ve never gave, so that the lives of many may be saved.
• Show what you’ve never shown, so the world knows you’re not alone.
• Speak what you’ve never spoken, and comfort the lives of those who are broken.
