A Place to Grow

We strive to cultivate a family of believers who seek to grow in their faith, serve others, and support one another in all areas of life.

Being a part of women's ministry has brought me so much joy. I'm less isolated and really enjoy caring for my local community.

Angela, active member of the Women's Care Team

What We Do

  • Be Purposeful: True spiritual growth is rooted in a genuine relationship with Christ, rather than merely engaging in religious activities. Make a conscious effort to surrender your life to Jesus by practicing spiritual disciplines regularly.
  • Embrace Community: Being part of a supportive community is essential for spiritual development. Community brings Scripture to life, strengthens the power of prayer, and equips you to share your faith with others.
  • Persist Through Difficulties: Spiritual maturity is cultivated by enduring life’s hardships while remaining filled with the Holy Spirit and conscious of God’s presence.
  • Let Love Be the Measure: An important sign of spiritual growth is developing a deeper, sincere love for others—including those who are challenging to love.
  • The Holy Spirit is the ultimate enabler. Empowerment is not a human-centered process. It is a divine-human partnership where God’s presence and grace strengthen believers for service.
  • All believers are called to ministry. Ephesians 4:11–12 teaches that church leaders are to equip “the saints”—every believer—for the work of ministry. This counters the idea that ministry is only for paid clergy.
  • Disciple-making is for multiplication. The key goal is to raise up disciples who can, in turn, make disciples of others. This multiplication model is far more effective and sustainable than a single leader trying to do all the ministry alone.
  • Encourage humility and biblical values. True spiritual leadership is rooted in humility, integrity, compassion, and courage. Encouraging others to embody these traits helps them develop into godly leaders who are committed to glorifying God.
  • Seek guidance from God’s Word. Ground all encouragement and guidance in biblical principles. Remind others that their source of strength and hope is not in themselves but in what God has done for them through Christ.
  • Look for godly character. When identifying potential leaders, look for character traits such as faithfulness, godliness, and humility, not just worldly skills or talents.
